For the modern device it is completed with motors so that this chair can be moved not with hand but by boosted by motor. But some cases other people will help moving and pushing this device with handles that designed on the back side of the seat of this device. People who are difficult to move and walk or they who suffer from certain diseases (mentally or physiologically), wounded, or other reasons will use this device. Sometime woman who has just delivered a baby will be seated on this device.

This chair is usually consist of a seat, arm rest, foot rest, handles on the back side of the seat, and two big wheels on the front left and right sides, and two small wheels on the back left and right sides.
