Blood Pressure As The Main Principle Sign of Health
When talking about health it will relate with many aspects. By the time a grown up person get ill, let say he suffer from diabetes, stroke or coronary, he will be measured in several aspects, such as the level of sugar in his blood, cholesterol, purin and others.
The main thing that commonly measured is the Blood Pressure (BP). This is the pressure bring to bear by flowing blood in the lead of walls from blood canal and this will be the major principal signs. There is the so called pressure of maximum or systolic and minimum or diastolic of BP that will appear on every heart beat. The blood flows from heart throughout arteries. The normal BP is about 120 of systolic and 80 for diastolic, or it is commonly mentioned as 120/80. The upper arm is the most effective place to measure BP, or sometime it also used the wrist of hand.
For younger people they commonly have low BP, which means the systolic is lower than 100 and the diastole is lower than 60. Older people or they who suffer from certain disease such as diabetes and stroke will usually have high BP; systolic is over 130 and diastole over 100.
